No. They're two different editions. One is hardened, which comes with the said items, and prestige, which comes with all of the hardened items, and includes the RC.

Personally, I think I'm gonna for the Hardened Edition, after hearing what the Night Vision Goggles are like. I think it's just a marketing trap for young people. If you see something like that on offer you're obviously going to be intrigued...

I had Prestige Edition for PS3, my favourite feature of it was probably the Classic Zombies. Unfortunatly, when PSN went down I traded my PlayStation in, along with Prestige Edition, and got Xbox. And in the 5 months that I had Prestige Edition I never got round to using the RC-XD and now that I don't have it I probably never will. :/
