Nope, it isn't.. If anything you may prefer Infinity Ward over Treyarch, if so MW2 is the better game of IW's time..

Haven't played it since the day MW2 came out.. Wats it like? Imagine it just feeling dated now, can't really comment as i haven't played it in so long.. But surely it feels well dated now!

I can't do it, if i put an old game in, it's just niggling me that i could be bettering myself on the current game!!

If you're saying MW2 is better, you clearly don't analyze games.

MW2 is overall worse than CoD4. Many websites agree with me in addition to hundreds of players who have moved on to Black Ops or went back to CoD4. CoD4 is, by far, the peak achievement of the Call of Duty series. Black Ops won't account for what CoD4 did.

Many magazines and other sales derived companies may have said that. And i'm sure they've made a pretty penny/dollar outta the advertising surrounding the topic they posted..

But in all honesty, what do you think good sir???? What do you play and think of playing when you think of Call of Duty??

Yeay.. Finally! I bit of in-different opinions, without the usual slagging off you get on forums!

Don't get me wrong, never played CoD before MW.. And I loved it and played it to death even after W@W came out..

But currently I'm 100% BlOps.. When i press the guide button and my box springs to life, BlOps is ready in the drive and there isn't even a consideration of playing a 3yr old game!

So what ever it did when it came out, and however it shaped and has made history in gaming.. It's history!!

P.S. Nah don't analize games in all honesty.. I hardly buy any games anymore.. Blops was last, F1 before that and i think MW2 was before that.. But i play them to death, BlOps will be played pretty much 1-2hrs every night, up until ShopTo deliver the next installment of CoD..
I just play the game that sucks me in the most and i enjoy..

Overall, I think playing CoD4 is indeed still the best pasttime. I understand how Black Ops can be fun for some (I.E. YOU) but it's like they always say, "You can't beat the classics."

I respect the advancements in Black Ops such as the Blackbird and the return of attack dogs and whatnot, but accordign to my friend, they are all not historically correct. For example, the Blackbird is supposed to fly in one straight path and snap a picture of the battlefield, NOT hover over it and record where everyone on the other team is moving. You understand what I'm saying?

In all due respect, I play Black Ops too but CoD4 is still where most action is at (at least for me). Until MW3 comes out in December 2011, I will still be ultimately pleased with CoD4. And YES, they ARE making a MW3 now. Multiplayer is being worked on by Raven Softwares which made the X-Men series. Honestly, I think it's going to suck almost as bad as MW2 did.

Yeap agreed BlOps ain't perfectly history correct. E.g. Blackbird.. Yeah the thing flys on the edge of the atmosphere at over 1000mph.. It doesn't hover and map everyones position.. But its a game..
If it was correct, you'd get one life for online and thats that! die = game over no more online play!!
