and I've changed the avatar maxfile size to 2mb (2097152 bytes) and for signature you're currently in the "newly registered users" group. Once you've made 3 posts you'll be moved to the "registered users" group where you will be able to have a signature, make PM's, etc..

It's so that spambots can't just register, send out hundreds of PM's, put links in their signature, etc.. without making posts. And if they do make posts we can just delete them.

Most spam bots tend to just register and make 1 or 2 posts.
