In the start of Shi No Numa, there is a man hanging. There are no clues to who this man is, but he seems to be missing a left hand. This can relate to the hand on the power switch in Verrückt. Also, a parachute can be seen attached to the mans back if you look closely. There are also THREE radios in this room. I will state what they say here.

Here the hand can be seen on the power switch. Did it belong to the hanging man?
"R GAS 4838N 37 14 06 115 48 40. I hope you are receiving this transmission Peter. If you are not, then all has already been lost. You must know by now that we failed to contain the Asylum. (Verrückt maybe?) Now we had to move the experiment here. *Inaudible* .. Location. The numbers will guide you. The Giant must *Inaudible* ...all costs. Repeat, Der Riese must be contained at all costs. The deed of experiments continue. *Inaudible* May be our only advantage now. Find Dr. Richtofen and Dr. Max. They may know what is going on. The use of *Inaudible* 115 is dangerous at best. I'm not sure we can continue here. We've lost most of our best *Inaudible* I hope you get this, and I hope it hasn't happened there too. But I'm almost out of hope. 62 54 06196 101 55 44.94."
This is strange, as if you search these co-ordinates on Google Earth, it takes you to Area 51. Scary huh? The second set takes you to where the Tunguska event took place. Now it gets real scary. One of the huts has the word "TUNGUSKA" printed on the wall. If you don't know what this event was, it was where a meteor exploded 7 Kilometers above Earth's surface, in June 30th 1908. It was said to be 1000 times more powerful than the bomb that landed on Hiroshima. It knocked over 18Million trees. But that's not even the scary part. The meteor left smaller meteorites all over the area, and the weird thing was.. There was a myth that they could bring the dead back to life. Now you cannot see this unless you No Clip (PC ONLY) and fly over the map, but the meteor is actually in Shi No Numa. As stated in the radio, Element 115 is coming out of this meteor. There is proof the Nazi's based here to use the power from the rock. This is where the Ray Gun and Wunderwaffe DG-2 get their ammo. This also proves that the Nazi's where trying to construct superweapons. Maybe the the zombie outbreak was the fault of a failed experiment? And also, if you manage to shoot the rock, the characters in the game say a few of these lines.
"I wonder if that rock brought these freaks back to life.."
"I think the red menace (Nazi's) would be intrested in this space rock.."
"This rock! It is not of this place..."
"Oh, this rock! It must be where Element 115 comes from!"
All of this fits. Here is more picture proof.
