I bought it after playing COD4. That was my first COD installment and as I loved ModernWarfare so mmuch, I had to get the next one.
That was before I was completely aware that they are from different prodcution comps.
WAW was sadly a big disappointment though... imo!

I just got it because it was the new thing and I was a HUGE CoD fan. I loved the campaign and graphics. Nazi Zombies was the most awesome thing at the time.
