Do you still go back to COD4?

Hi everyone...

Seeing how many poeple are fed up with MW2 and the amoutn of glitches that are being used and abused, I was wondering how many of you have picked up the first MW game and tried their luck on there again?

I have heard so many poeple say that COD4 was still the best in the COD series and will never get topped... so I wonder how many of them, and players on here, have actually gone back to the game?

I have been wondering for a while now, how I would do in that game now that I have spent a few months on the MW2... maybe will even try it this evening once I get home from work.

And also are there still a lot of poeple playing it?
I always thought that once MW2 comes out, nobody will play COD4 anymore, but I guess that does not seem to be the case.

When a new game comes out, it doesn't mean everyone will stop playing the game before it.
Heck, people are still playing CoD2.
Imo though, if my CoD4 disc was broke I'd still play it now and again. It's the best game out of the CoD series and always will be.

I was a glitcher on CoD4 though to be honest, and with the new type of bounces that have been found (climb bounces), I want to get my disc fixed as soon as possible to try some.
But besides glitching, the gameplay was awesome too.

I just loved CoD4 altogether.

Haha.. well I was just thinking that the MW2 was a sequel to COD4, so therefore you would have everyone switching over as soon as it comes out.
But of course you are right in saying that not everyone will stop playing it.

I have to say though that more and more people who have stopped, are now recerting back to the good old COD4, where they know that can be glitch free.
And like you mentioned, it is also in my opinion still the best COD installment to date.

I didn't do too bad, i went positive every match, it was just weird picking up quickscoping on it since it doesn't feel as smooth (to me). I had no problems finding games either.

Well I swore to myself yesterday, that as soon as I get home I would put it in.
But work kept busy till late and in the end I just watched a movie and had a couple of games on MW2.
But tonight I will be on it.. even if it will be just for a game or two, but I really miss this game and have to try it out again.
Will let you know how I got on, hehe!

I did in fact go back to it...I still love it but i'm just to used to MW2 to much go play COD4

plus i didn't really remember the maps and there secret spots...so i didn't do to well

I never went back. I didn't like its multiplayer much in the first place.
